[Updated October 2022]
The health and well-being of all our visitors and team are our number one priority. The safety measures below have been set up keeping in mind the current guidelines issued by the provincial authorities. We ask everyone to follow the safety measures and pay attention to these instructions. We thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Masks Optional
Masks are no longer required inside our classrooms but anyone who wishes to wear a mask may continue to do so. We recognize that there are
varying levels of comfort with these changes. We respect everyone's right to make this personal choice, and appreciate that some students
and staff may prefer to continue wearing face coverings. Please be kind and respectful of the personal choices of those around
you.
Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination Not Required
Guests and AFC Students are no longer required to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination to attend an event or a class.
General Visitor Guidelines
Guests and AFC are asked to stay home if they are not feeling well, have exhibited symptoms of Covid-19 recently, or have been exposed to
someone diagnosed with Covid-19. Each individual has to diligently monitor their symptoms for potential sickness. We anticipate colds but
anything unusual prompts us to ask our staff and teachers to stay at home if they feel unwell (a substitute teacher will then take over
their class or an online class will be organized in lieu of the in-person class). We are no longer offering refunds for classes or
events due to Covid-19 infections. Students who have to miss a class due to a Covid-19 infection may book a 30-min class with one
of our teachers to cover the missed material here. Please feel free to contact us at
403-245-5662 if you have any question.
These measures are implemented to improve safety for all, but they are not an absolute protection against Covid-19. Guests assume their own risk by entering AFC spaces. The measures currently in place are subject to change and may be revised at any time.
