inclusion, diversity, and health in sports.
Dive into the heart of French culture and the world of sports ambassadors as Maé shares her journey, including the highs and lows of her
figure skating career. Recognized for her strong values and as a role model, Maé has inspired many in and beyond the world of figure
skating.
Celebrate her achievements and discuss these significant values in an empowering event, featuring a reception.

Get ready to lace up your skates and join us for an unforgettable experience with Maé. Improve your ice skating skills or learn the basics in a fun initiation workshop on Sunday, March 3rd at Ed Whalen Arena (2000 Southland Drive S.W.). Free parking is available close to the ice rink.
There will be two sessions: the first for beginners and the second for intermediate and advanced skaters. Participants must be at least 15 years old and are required to bring their own equipment, including skates and gloves, for either session. Please note that skate rentals are not available on-site.

Beginners Session
9:00 to 9:45 a.m.
Reserved for Beginners: Participants in this session should be able to stand on their skates. Helmets are required.
Intermediate and Advanced Workshop
9:45 to 11:00 a.m.
Choreographic Workshop (Battle on Ice Style). This session is designed for intermediate and advanced skaters. Participants should be
proficient in skating forwards and backwards at speed, and feel comfortable on the ice. Helmets are optional.

A member of the French figure skating team since the age of 12, Maé has contributed to France's international reputation on the most prestigious competitive stages.
Two-time Olympian, six-time French Elite Champion, World University Vice Champion, French Champion in all categories, flag-bearer for the French delegation at the 2029 World University Championships, first French woman to return to the European top 5 and the Olympic and World top 10 since the early 2000s, multiple international medalist, Maé is a benchmark in the world of French women's figure skating.
Alongside her sporting career, Maé continued her studies in management and marketing, obtaining a Master's degree in Management & Marketing. After overcoming a ruptured Achilles tendon in March 2022, Maé is now hoping to return to her best level to shine at her 3rd Olympic Games in Milano Cortina in 2026. She also wants to use her various platforms to share her experience and journey, as well as to champion causes close to her heart.
