Concours d'écriture Petit Prince

Writing and drawing contest!  


It's time to get your thinking caps on! For the 80th anniversary of "The Little Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, the network of Alliances Françaises in Canada is pleased to launch a writing and drawing contest. The subject is:   

"Les étoiles sont éclairées pour que chacun puisse un jour retrouver la sienne' Mais dis-moi, à quoi ressemble ton étoile ? Quel est son environnement et quelle est son histoire ?" 

The competition is open to children aged 5 and over, and is divided into 4 categories:   

  • 5-7 years: drawing competition (free format and materials)
  • 8-12 years: writing contest (free-format text, maximum 500 words)  
  • 13-18 years: writing contest (free-format text, maximum 500 words)  
  • 19 years and over: writing contest (free-format text, maximum 500 words)  

Your short story must be written in French. You have until June 25th to send us your creations at margaux@afcalgary.ca 

Limited-edition anniversary prizes will be awarded to the winners! What if it were you? Every participant will receive a certificate of participation.
