On Saturday, December 7th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., join Maelys for a movie time designed for kids 6 to 11-year-old.
Then, enjoy a screening of Snowtime! (La Guerre des Tuques), a fantastic animated film released in 2015. This movie is a remake of La Guerre des Tuques, a classic Québécois film originally released in 1984.
During the winter holidays, a group of children in a Quebec village decides to organize a massive snowball fight. They split into two teams: one led by Luke, a determined young boy, and the other by Sophie, a charismatic newcomer. Together, they build an enormous snow fort to serve as their battlefield.
Each day brings new challenges, laughter, and strategies, but as rivalries intensify, some of the children begin to realize that this snowball war could threaten their friendships. They come to understand that the values of friendship, solidarity, and fun are far more important than winning.
The event will take place at the AFC library and is suitable for children from 6 to 11 years old. The film is in
French without subtitle. Spots are limited. Please register only if you plan to attend. FREE activity exclusively
